The Comedy Cellar

Matt Bragg

Matt Bragg is one of the UK comedy scene's most distinctive and in-demand voices, known for his unique, low-energy, deadpan delivery and meticulously crafted observational material. The son of legendary television warm-up man Bobby Bragg, Matt has spent over a decade performing globally. Dressed in his signature sharp, mod-ish style, his cool, calm, and collected stage presence has earned him critical acclaim from audiences, promoters, and fellow comics alike. A master of timing and subtle anecdotes, Matt is a regular at the UK’s biggest comedy venues, including The Comedy Store and The Glee Club. Beyond the club circuit, he is a highly sought-after tour support act, having shared arena and theatre stages with comedy giants like Ricky Gervais, Harry Hill, Matt Rife, Stephen Merchant, and Jason Manford. Following his debut stand-up special and a massive sell-out tour of his show Matt Bragg Has Nothing Wrong With Him, Matt is currently touring theatres with his hit show, Stand Up Comic. What the Critics Say: • “Classic observational stand up, delivered with effortless style.” – Ricky Gervais • “Great stuff, excellent gags!” – Harry Hill • “Jack Dee's world view, with Frank Skinner's voice, all wrapped in a Mod's fashion sense.” – Chortle • “Exemplary stand up.” – Tom Rosenthal
