Timothy Mark Vine is an English comedian, actor, writer and presenter best known for his puns and other one-liners and his role on the TV sitcom Not Going Out (2006–2012, 2014). He has also released a number of stand-up comedy specials and written several joke books. From 2004 to 2014, Vine held the Guinness World Record for the most jokes told in an hour: each joke had to get a laugh from the audience to count towards the total, and he set the new record with 499 jokes.

David Thompson is an English actor, stand-up comedian and writer. He performed as Tinky Winky in the children's television series, Teletubbies, but was removed from the show after 70 episodes. He was told in a letter that his "interpretation of the role was not acceptable". Thompson recounted bursting into tears upon learning the news of his termination. In interviews, he supposed that the dubbing of his voice, unlike the other actors, was an indication of dissatisfaction over his performance.

Since performing for the first time at the Edinburgh Festival in 1995, Paul Thorne has established himself as one of the country's most sought after stand-ups. Over this period, he has developed a unique blend of playful gags and on-the-spot wit, drawing on a wide range of subject matter, from the topical to the simply absurd. As well as performing at all Britain's major venues and comedy festivals, Paul can be seen on a weekly basis at London's prestigious Comedy Store, where he has a resident slot as part of the 'Cutting Edge' team of performers. He has also supported Jack Dee and Lee Hurst on their respective nationwide tours and is becoming one of the country's most exciting corporate performers. TV works includes warm-up for Bremner, Bird and Fortune (4 Series), Rory Bremner - Who Else? (Vera Prods for CH4), Alistair McGowans's Big Impression (Vera Prods for BBC1), Have I Got News For You and Room 101 (Both Hat Trick for BBC TV), as well as regular appearances on Live from Jongleurs (ITV), The Stand-Up Show (BBC), The Comedy Sore (CH5) and the quiz show Is That It? (ITV). Paul has recorded a set for BBC Radio Caberet on 4, appeared as a panellist on BBC Choices's Newsfight: Good Evening Rockall (Princess Prods) and given an interview for I Love The 1990's (BBC TV). Paul completed 3 successful series as Team Captain of Channel 5's Montreux Award-winning comedy panel game 'Bring Me The Head Of Light Entertainment'. Also on radio, Paul was a regular guest on the award-winning sports show 'Back Page' for Radio Five Live.
